I'm new to the Fitbit world but I got mine yesterday and when I turned it on it was at 54% I tried to plug it into the correct charger and tried many UL certified wall chargers as well and it still doesn't seem to be working. I've removed all the plastic off of it and made sure the pins were connecting properly. I'm not sure what else to do it in this situation
