Is by chance are all 4 pins on your charging cable block of NOT equidistant from the block? A sunken pin can create a no charge situation.
I just discovered the same issue once you mentioned it. Saves me from the frustration of thinking the problem was elsewhere.
Best AnswerAs an FYI, Fitbit has been known to replace faulty cables under warranty. However, there have been reports of those failing as well. May want to be mindful of that. If you are out of warranty or want to get a more “robust” one, the below cord has been mentioned. I have not had an issue yet with my cord so have not tried any others personally. There are many options on Amazon or the like.
