Why will my fitbit not charge from 0%? I've done all the usual chacks but nothing is working ... I'm getting so frustrated with it. Can anyone help?

Hi,
Thanks. However, I'm going around in circles and not getting anywhere...
I'm so disappointed with this Fitbit purchase. My house is undergoing major renovation work so I'm unable to find the receipt for this Sense Fitbit and return it to the store.
Please could you advise me further?
Thanks.

The best technique thus far, is to dip a toothbrush into 90% isopropyl alcohol and thoroughly scrub the back surface of the watch, along with the four connectors on the charger. Dry them thoroughly and let them sit for a few minutes allowing the alcohol to evaporate. This removes skin oils that collect on the contacts. Also, make sure the four contacts are fully extended on the charger by depressing each spring loaded pin a few times. If any of them are stuck in the down position, the watch will not charge. Repeat before each charging.
Hope this helps.

Hi @LesleyandLulu - did you check the charge cable thoroughly, as suggested by @504dude , it is often it, not the watch, that is the problem.
So just in case the new watch won't charge you know where to look.
