From last week my Sense Fitbit is not charging... In 4 years I use same magnetic charger. The watch is full descharged . Please help .

How do you unstick them? I had a problem like this a year ago & I got similar advice, but I can't fix it now. They have a new charger, is it worth buying?

Hi @GinLi - if your watch is under warranty you can get a replacement cable free or just buy one online.

See Tips when using the Sense or Versa 3 charging cable this might avoid it happening again.

I clean mine try unplugging charger then take a q-tip and some rubbing alcohol and clean all prongs then let dry for at least 10 minutes then try it.
