Sense won't charge

No matter what I do, it won’t charge at all. It’s been going on almost since I got it nine months ago.

I already did. Cleaned it and when I did that, it broke the charger - it wasn’t working before I broke the dumb charger. I’m still under warranty and they’re sending me a new one.

I love the devise but faulty charger and no way to report it to get a replacement is frustrating. Any idea on how to get the company to send out replacement chargers. My charger was working fine for at least 2 months after getting the Sense. It is not charging the device at all now. Looking for a way back to the company's help channel (if one exists that is) to request a replacement. Myt Sense is less than a year old.

Their charging device is a joke.  Great idea, but not engineered to last.

I had the same problem with my 3 month old Sense.  The help desk walked me through the cleaning process which did not help.  I got a new Sense and was able to charge it twice.  Then it stopped charging.  I tried to order a new charger on the Fitbit site and it was back ordered.  I got a new charger at Target yesterday and it works great.  Those little prongs break easily it seems.  So now I have two Senses, but the problem was the poorly designed charger.

Yeah - well like all the other low life businesses it will be a challenge. They haven’t answered any messages from me yet and my device is less than 6 months old.

Will be letting others know this company is not worthy of anyone's business. They know they have a poor design but don’t want to do anything to correct.
