I've been having issues with my Fitbit Sense over the past several days. I plug it in and the logo shows on the screen but it won't charge. I've tried 3 different charging cords, two different usb blocks and 2 different outlets. At times, I get a triangle with a thermostat showing but it's in my house at 72 degrees.
I've rebooted it several times by holding down the button for 10 - 12 seconds. I've also deleted the app from my phone and re-added it.
Before the "black screen" appeared, I was having problems with the sensors (measuring sleep, heart rate, etc)
I purchased my fitbit sense in September of 2022
Am I SOL?

Same happened to mine on Sunday. Same story. Ive only had it since June so im pretty frustrated. Support has NOT been helpful so far. Hopefully someone has answers??

Same issue, went through the why isn't my fitbit charging, new cord, new usb ports, new wall plug cleaned, etc. Any other suggestions?

@JuanFitbit I did take a look at Why isn't my Fitbit devices battery charging and listed all the things I've already done in my original outreach. Reaching out to Fitbit was my last effort.
