Sense won’t charge

Pin dropped, won’t charge.  Read all the info on the forum and tried everything. Looked for a contact number for Canada and can’t find it. Can someone please tell me who to contact.

Easy @RosePK71 look in the top right corner of this page. Tap your photo, tap contact support. 

Through the Fitbit App, tap the top left corner. Then tap Help and Support.
