I’ve been letting this charge for an hour and a half. I’ve tried a different outlet and a different box. It shows no signs of life, doesn’t vibrate when I press and hold the button

I have cleaned the sense, got a new cable and it won’t charge.

HI @MrsRobson71 - wiping the watch might not be sufficient, pay careful attention to the 4 holes on the back of the watch, they are prone to getting dirt in them. How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Also check the new cable is not already faulty as well.

@MrsRobson71 - if you purchased a new cable you have rights.
But check first if it is faulty using the link already provided in this topic
