I have cleaned the back of the watch and the charger.
when cleaning the back of the watch cotton buds have got red colour on them. Is this normal or is the battery leaking.

Hi, @Wombat2708 welcome to the community, you do not mention what you are using to clean the back of your "Sense". I rarely see any deposit on the swabs I use, I do not use any skin products. I use rubbing alcohol with cotton wool swabs and a cotton bud to detail the little contact points that take the 4 pins on the charge cable puck. You need to check the pins are all slightly proud of the puck and free (they are spring-loaded) If they are not in good order you can buy a replacement from Amazon at a modest cost or if you are still covered by the warranty talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
Let us know how you get on.
Cheers
