Sense won't charge

Hello!  My sense is showing 0% battery and when I attach it to the charger, nothing is happening.  Any solutions to this?  I attach it to the charger before plugging it in and have tried on 2 different charging cables.

Hi @SwizzleMalarkey - what lead to this situation?

It could still be a problem with the charge cables or watch needs cleaning, in case see steps in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
