Hello FITBIT Team,
I've had my Fitbit Sence since May 1st as a gift from my wife for our wedding anniversary and because she knows I've been a fan of Fitbit products since the release of the Fitbit Charge 1. In any case, I'm currently dealing with the issue of my Sense not charging/starting without any warning, FYI I tried the following troubleshooting:
1 * Clean the back of Fitbit Sense.
2 * Clean the charger (pins and USB)
3 * try to charge it in different places .
4 * I can't reset Fitbit Sence because is not starting at all.
Please Advise or let me know what maybe I miss ? thank you in advance

Hi @harhour - this non charging is a common issue most often caused by a broken charge cable, see guide How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If the watch suddenly went dead or needs frequent charging or gets hot while charging there could be an internal damage from water getting in.
In your case you are covered by warranty and get a new cable by using chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
