Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @LoriF14. I'm sorry to hear your Sense is not charging and thank you for mentioning the steps that you have followed in order to correct this.
Thank you for your advise @ValerieGay, @Guy_.
You can also try cleaning the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Also, restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Best AnswerI did not take a pin but used alcohol to gently clean the charger points and the back of the sense. Still not charging. Lights are on, reboot appears successful however, not charging.

Hi @TheGeeGirl - your watch sounds fine and you only need a new cable, did you check it?

Best AnswerMe again. I've tried everything, cleaned pins etc: one watch - nothing. Not charging, lifeless. Other watch livens up briefly - logo then time appear briefly and a permanent red battery sign and then goes dead. Also, app on phone will not open, it merely shows the blue green dots logo. These products are an expensive waste of money.
Best Answer...and what's this nonsense awarding me 'Jogger' status? I cannot not run, I cycle and race kayaks.

The charger has 4 pins where it makes contact to the watch. I guess one of these pins do not stand out from the charger. I've had it for 3 times. For me it was all within guarantee time.
You should aks for or buy a new charger.
