How do Irregular heart rhythm notifications work on Sense?

Hi,

So, I've only just started using my Fitbit Sense. How do I know, unequivocally, that the ECG is doing background monitoring for Atrial Fibrilation.

I went onto the app, went into Discover, looked for notifications about Irregular heart rhythms - it says 'No notifiactions received so far' - which is good I guess, but how do I know it's monitoring?

It does also say that Data was last analysed this morning at 5.52am - so is that confirmation it's monitoring i guess?

The A-Fib uses the optical sensors, not the ECG. My understanding is that after enough heart rate data is collected, Using the cloud services, fitbit will anylize for A-fib

How do Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications check for atrial fibrillation (AFib)?

Using the ECG App on the Sense will look for A-Fib and give an immediate answer

What is the Fitbit ECG app?
