Been having so much difficulty with this watch. I've rebooted it, along with my phone, force quit the app, tried to reconnect and it won't connect. The sense is so far disappointing. How is this a smart watch? Lmfao. Won't even push notifications thru, not one single phone call has gone to my watch, no texts, emails, calendar notifications, nothing. This is kind of a **ahem**.

Oh, and I've removed the device and added it back. Still nothing connecting to BT.
Really regretting this purchase. Should have gone with a samsung watch. Too bad tho, because I really loved my fitbit versa. At least that one worked. I hope all these bugs can be fixed.

I’ve had a great experience with my watch thus far. Can’t complain and do not regret the purchase. I’ve had it over a year and every feature has worked aside from an occasional missing health metric.

Really nothing connecting to Bluetooth? No stats showing in the fitbit app? If you see stats but not getting notifications, then I would say the device-specific setup bit hasnt been done correctly on the app. While there are lots of sucky things about Sense, the notifications side has worked perfectly for me - one of the best features of it.

Fitbit Sense doesn’t kinda suck, it is a useless piece of (insert favorite expletive here). Reboot 3 to 12 times a day because it won’t send reminders to move when I don’t have 250 steps. Thought it might be an IOS problem, but it happens on Android too. I’ve reset to factory defaults 5 times, per support requests. The best is that jogging in place this morning for 600 steps (counted in my head) , but only gave me 500 and it gave me 10 floors climbed too. I can get a floor just by walking quickly across the room. About the only positive I can give is that the alarm works great! Wakes me up every morning.

Please go to your phone's settings, tap Notifications and make sure the Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked for Fitbit, Phone, Messages, Calendar and any other preferred app. Also, check if there is a check mark below Notifications Center > Alerts.

You must work for Fitbit. Heard this and checked this numerous times. Next response will be to reboot it. Yep, done that. Next will be to shutdown. You guessed it, done that. Lastly will be factory reset. Low and behold I’ve done that too. Sometimes the Sense works, sometimes it doesn’t. This is just a bad product. At least I got it 1/2 off.

Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture or icon > your Fitbit device > Notifications > toggle on Calls. Make sure you turned on the Controls on your Fitbit device via the Settings > Vibration & audio > scroll down to Controls and verify they are on and that it shows as paired

Just found another reason the Sense is useless. I’ve been noticing that it tracks my outdoor biking, but the heart rate is really low. I shut the Sense down and then powered it back on. Said my heart rate never got above 100 on an hour bike ride in a 40 MPH headwind. Shutdown and fully charged today. My elliptical has a heart rate strap, so I used that. It said 130 bpm after my workout. The Sense said 84. In fact, it gave me 2 minutes in the fat burn zone. I did 30 minutes. Yes, the strap is tight.
Other than the alarm and telling time, this thing is USELESS.
