Bluetooth disconnected last night on phone. Can't connect this morning. Have turned off the phone off and tried to reconnect to bluetooth twice! Help!

My thoughts exactly! When you pay over $400 for a watch for specific reasons and it doesn’t work, then that leaves me quite unimpressed. I’ve had a Fitbit for years. I even chatted with customer service, who then said a member of her team would get back to me via email shortly...still haven’t heard. So because of this and poor customer service, I will be returning and trying an Apple.

Mine connects one part then the second connection will not complete. Says "need app to connect" I have the app! 🤯
Tried this multiple times. Still only partly connected.
Same!!
Cannot keep both parts connected.
Additionally I had a high fever and no recording of temp increase

Best AnswerI’ve got exactly the same issue, which is fast becoming a major frustration.
i thought Fitbit was more reliable product that it has turned out to be.
I have done all the things in the previous reply...twice, but still won’t sync to my phone.

Best AnswerI just followed this - I still get the cant sync message. Since the updating to the latest fitbit app version and ios14.5 I have had this issue daily despite following all the helpful steps and solutions on these forums. As a software engineer I feel the fitbit software has a major glitch that really should be addressed ASAP. At the moment the product is unuseable.

I agree. It is very disappointing indeed. We bought to as Christmas present for my wife and I and now wish we’d bought the Apple Watch.
Fitbit need to get this sorted.

Best AnswerTried everything but none of it worked. Connecting other devices worked with no problem. After doing it all and restarting both (phone and Sense) it started working again. Seems like a major bug that needs to be fixed.
Hello
The issue with synching/not connecting has been happening to me too for the past month. It’s suddenly started happening and now, everyday, I have to carry out one from of disconnecting, closing down and more often than not, completely forgetting the device and reinstalling. I have reported this to Fitbit and a case is being opened, but now reading these, there is clearly an issue and it’s not just my tracker. I’ve been a long-time Fitbit wearer and I really like them, but just want it to work properly! Thanks
