Hi,
When are you trying to connect to Wifi and what is the problem?
Potentially are you trying to connect to a 5 gHz Wifi signal?

Your Versa will only connect to 2.5.
As @Guy_ asks.
At what point does the process fail and do you get any error messages?
Please remember that we can not look over your shoulder. I could remote into your phone.
I'm unable to find a help doc on setting up the WiFi.
However make sure that the Sense is plugged in and charging.

Hello @Khog8273 Welcome to the Community Forums! @Guy_ @Rich_Laue I appreciate your input!
Your Fitbit watch can connect to open, WEP, WPA personal, and WPA2 personal Wi-Fi networks. Your watch won’t connect to 5GHz, 802.11ac, WPA enterprise, or public Wi-Fi networks that require logins, subscriptions, or profiles. To confirm this and get more information, please check:
How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
If your network meets the requirements, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps suggested here:
Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Keep me posted.

There is another more technical aspect to a Wifi connection that sometimes happens.
Even if all the criteria for connecting to the Wifi are met, it can happen that the internal DHCP does not, or cannot, grant an IP address to the device in which case, although its connected to the Wifi, it cannot communicate with the network or Internet. The reasons for this can be security restrictions. It just appears not to work.

Security rules on the router can all ways be modified, or exceptions added.
If a user is smart enough to add a security rule, they will know how to by pass.

@Rich_Laue Correct, but if it is the issue it still has to be modified to correct it.

Yes @Guy_ my thought is, if someone was able to setup rules on their router, they should be smart enough to modify these rules.

Yes @Rich_Laue
I hope they can find the person, or company, who did it to fix it, if that is indeed the problem.
