Sense won't connect with phone's Bluetooth

My Sense doesn't work.  I have tried everything.  It just will not pair with my phone as of 8:30 am est on 3/9.  I turned the phone off and it will not come back on.  I use my watch and need something more reliable.  This is a replacement that not working because of the fact you said that the other would cause a fire. It's ironic that it's about a year after the replacement.  The mechanics of this watch shouldn't stop after a year.

Hi @Gloriadl - sometimes you can get the Bluetooth working again by removing the Bluetooth entries for any old watches and the current one.

Then logout of the Fitbit App, swipe of the active windo, and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and watch.

Turn off all other Bluetooth phones and devices then login again and wait for the pair and sync prompts.

If you don't get them, click profile photo and then "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
