I cannot get my Sense to stay charged. I have had it a week. I do not have notifications on, except when my phone rings (which is not often lol). I do not stream music or anything that would cause battery draining. I am using a basic FitBit watch face.I do treadmill runs, so I am not using GPS. I do not have all day sync going. I charge my watch daily when I shower, yet I keep losing battery and HAVE to charge it every other day, longer than a shower time. The whole reason I decided to upgrade was because my Ionic was an every other day charge and it is so annoying.
What am I missing to keep the battery life from draining so fast? I only chose this over the Galaxy watch because of the dang battery life.

Hi @katwoman5. It's good to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Sense's behavior and for the steps tried prior to posting. The Sense should last up to 6 days, however the battery life will depend on how frequent its features are used. While you've tried some tips to maximize the battery life, may I know if you're using the SpO2 Signature? I'm asking this as you may have to charge your watch more often when collecting SpO2 data. I'd recommend to install a clock face from Fitbit that isn't animated, fully charge your watch and monitor its behavior in the next days. If the same continues happening, let me know so I can investigate on my end.

I did a full charge on the 3rd, this morning woke up to almost dead battery. I not even 3 days, only 1 work out on a treadmill. My clock face is called Flare and pretty basic. No calls coming through, not streaming music.
Don't understand what's going on. I also thought it was supposed to be quick charging. It takes almost 2 hours to charge, in addition to when I take off and charge during showers.

Hi @katwoman5. It's good to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for taking the time to follow the suggestions in my post, and for the information provided. Before anything else let me clarify that the Sense comes with a fast charging feature which gives your watch a full day’s charge in just 12 minutes. However, charging your watch to 100% may take 1-2 hours. That being said, because the battery is still not holding enough, I've contacted our Support team so they can create a case and provide you with assistance. Please note that due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.

Oh wow, 12 minutes? I would think that my shower time should be enough to bump it up. When I charged it last, I took a shower and then hung out waiting for it to hit 100%, so that I could make sure that I could monitor it again. I am trying to NOT charge it daily, so that I can see how this round goes. I did try to check all the items to make sure nothing crazy was running in the background. I am active, but not using the "workout" feature unless on the treadmill or such. Much thanks!

In the app, you can change the watch faces. 🙂

Hi @Tbm1, welcome on board. @Spikes and @katwoman5, it's good to see you around the forums.
@Tbm1, thanks for joining this thread. As you may know, if the SpO2 clock face is installed, you may have to charge your watch more often. Because you mentioned that you wanted to remove it, you can try installing a different clock face with the steps described in this help article.
@Spikes, I've moved your post to this thread so you can receive help from the Community. As you may know, the Sense should last 6+ days, however it's expected to see the battery draining a little bit after the initial set up and update processes because of the time it takes to be completed along with the WiFi usage. That being said, I'd recommend to fully charge your watch making sure to use the charging cable that came in the box and monitor its behavior in the next days.
@katwoman5, you're welcome and thanks to you for sharing your suggestions. Because a case has been opened, please keep an open communication with them so you can receive more details and assistance.

While I'm still waiting for support, I just wanted to keep a record of when my battery has to be charged. I did a full charge on the 6th, and only 3 days before my battery is about dead. I woke up to another dreaded charge your sense, notification and email. I'm hoping to get through my tread workout before it dies.
I feel like with everything extra turned off, no notifications and no fun stuff going on, I will never be close to 6 days on a charge. I mean, I'd be happy with 5, but I haven't gotten past 3.

I bought my sense around mothers day and opened the box last week. The battery drains every 3 days!!! This is my 7th fitbit and I am at my breaking point with fitbit.
