Sense won't lock when removed from wrist

Since the last update Sense does not lock when removed.

Hi there, @Lakeeffect.

 

Thanks for letting us know about your Sense and just to confirm, do you mean that you're not required to enter the PIN each time you put your watch on your wrist? Have you checked if the Enabled setting is still selected?

 

If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Sense > Device Lock and check the settings one more time to see how it goes.
