Hi @Llstover09 - syncing issues may be related to the new app.

Possibly this may help. Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If still not successful also remove the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and repeat the process and run the "+ Set up a Device" again and replace.

Funny enough I've been having this same issue and did all the usual steps as you mentioned but it still keeps happening.  For me it started to get bad a week ago when I got my Android 14 OS update along with my usual monthly security updates on my Pixel 7.  I also stopped getting low battery notifications and a a bunch of other stuff that is properly set up, regardless of how often I reset the Sense or uninstall/reinstall the app, restart the phone, clear cache, yadda yadda yadda.  I know there's no battery % on the home screen of the app yet (I voted for that implementation though I find it crazy it even requires a vote considering how necessary it is) but also my battery has been draining faster since the app revamp to the point where I can no longer time my charging either, like roughly every 2 days from 10am - 11am when I'm taking  bunch of medicine.

I don't know what other phones and OS's people are using but I think it is a perfect storm of planned obsolescence + google buying fitbit, new product launch time for phones and watches, revamped app, and A14 potentially converging simultaneously to make a mess.  It doesn't even need to be all of these things, even just 1 or 2 to happen and not play nice together.  I'm hoping for lots of bug fixes across the board over the next couple of months but I admit the Sense is not a product the company will devote resources to; it is "old" so people should just buy one of the new smartwatches or trackers they just released.

I have the same issues with my Sense and a Pixel 7. I recognized it already when I tried the Android 14 Beta for some weeks and reported it as bug of Android 14. Since I had also issues with other apps I switched back to Android 13 and the sync / pairing issues stopped. Since October and the official release I'm again stuck with these **ahem** Bluetooth sync issues.

I hope the November update will bring some relief.

I have experienced the sync issue between my Sense and Pixel 7P before & after Android 14; Android 13, 14 Beta and now 14 public release. For me as long as my watch & phone stay within Bluetooth range & stay connected all is good. But when I am at work and have to put my phone in a secure lock box, when I try to reconnect to my Sense later in the day it is a major ordeal to get them to re-connect. That has been happening long before Android 14. All other Bluetooth devices instantly re-connect with my phone, just not the Sense and the Fitbit app.
