Sense won't pair with new phone

I bought a new phone and transferred all the data, so it brought the Fitbit w the device setup. It wouldn't sync, so I removed the device from the app and tried to repair, can't pair/see it. Tried turning phone Bluetooth on and off 0 ensuring nothing else is using blue tooth. I power cycled the watch, I factory reset the watch, still won't pair. I uninstalled the Fitbit app and reinstalled it, same thing. I've followed every bit of troubleshooting advise I've found online. (I assume it's not trying to pair with my old phone since I factory reset it and it is scrolling pairing instructions in multiple languages) it's only 7 months old and was working fine until I got my new phone (Galaxy s21 ultra if it matters)

Is your old phone still around? I'm wondering if it still has a connection to the fitbit that's blocking connection from your new phone. Make sure any link is removed in the bluetooth settings.
