Sense won't pair

  • My new Sense will not pair. I've deleted old device, reset new Sense, deleted and reuploaded Fitbit app, turned Bluetooth off and on again. My phone says "Sense is denying request to pair"

hua deama qieen I jave a google phone .Suddenly ap not working. message on fitbit says to download ap.I tries everything, including what the original poster posted

@SunsetRunner I don't think your question has anything to do with what the OP was posting. Do you get the same error message they do?

I never had a question. I posted i am experiencing the same thing having problems with fitbit

hya i like u followed all suggestion the chat live people were clueless so i had to figure it out myself. This is what i did.  Delete fitbit ap from phone. reinstall Fitbit ap and Register your fbit again under new device. you may lose prior data i did only for that day. good luck!  T his was definately a fbit crash!
