Sense won't receive Messenger notifications

I can't get my texts and messages from messenger on my sense fit bit they were working them my fit bit froze so I restarted it and now I get nothing and can't figure it out when I go into the app part it won't show there for text so I can't even turn it on

Hi @Diana321 - firstly as it was working, on your watch swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings and check you haven't accidentally got Sleep or do not disturb enabled, if so disable them.

Secondly when you click on the profile photo, device photo and Notifications, depending on choices it could be in the App notifications a little lower down on the screen.

Lastly if the App isn't working correctly for some reason, often on Android.use the following to fix it

• a logout
• clear the storage cache
• force stop it
• login
