I cant receive any call and text notifications at all. I have read all the forums and tried everything except a hard reset. It will not pair to me sense controls at all. It seems like this all stopped several months ago when the firmware was updated on my Fitbit watch SENSE.
iPhone 7+ IOS 15.1 will not receive any notifications

@Bullwhipit Welcome to the Community.
Thanks for the detailed information, and every step tried on your own. Before anything else, let me share that the Sense controls will connect as soon as you take a phone call with your watch, so it's expected to see it disconnected for the rest of the time. However, since the rest of the notifications aren't working correctly, I'd recommend the following steps to reconnect your watch to your phone:
Once this is completed, please set up the notifications and on-wrist phone calls one more time to test your watch. Additionally, on your phone's settings tap Notifications and make sure the Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked for the apps you wish to receive notifications from.
Hope this helps.

Hi Lizzy,
I have done all of these steps multiple times and I still can only receive phone calls and not any messages. Who do I turn to now? I asked on the forum and a lovely member offered similar suggestions to these to no avail. All updates are complete on phone, app and sense.

What Fitbit app are you running?
The most current iOS app is 15.2
The current Fitbit app is 3.52.1 (1084)
Uou can get both these from Apple apps.
I had the 6S plus and had no problems receiving calls, notifications, texts, emails etc.
