I cannot get my text messages from my IOS device (apple iphone 13) onto my fitbit sense. I have done everything recommended by fitbit with no luck.

Can you tell me what you have done exactly when you say (everything recommended by Fitbit?) what happens when someone sends you a text?
****Have you checked to make sure you do not have “Do Not Disturb Enabled” on your sense? If so disable.
These are my setting for the 12:
Fitbit Sense App Notifications:
In Apple Settings Notifications For Fitbit:
Make sure these are your settings then restart phone and sense and have someone text you.

Blue tooth turned on?
no other blue tooth devices on in vicinity to cause interference?
Not sure what could be the problem then.
Hopefully someone else has solution.

I have called Fitbit and went thru everything they asked. Short of doing a factory reset on my Sense. My daughter's Versa is not even detected on her new phone. Is this a ploy by Apple to make me purchase an Apple watch.

Do you still have the old phones? Wipe em of the app and Fitbit settings. May be conflict.

Maybe you have a problem with your iCloud. The fact is that I have the same problem, but my iCloud was unlocked and therefore, some features were either not available or did not work correctly. I think you need to check out Locked to owner, I think they can help you, or explain what the problem is. Maybe you have an iPhone that’s unlocked, and that’s why you’re having trouble getting noticed.
