I have an iPhone x and I’ve tried all possible “fixes” but my brand new sense still doesn’t receive any text messages. Anyone having the same issue?!? So annoying 😤

I got my sense yesterday and I have the iphone 10 and had it working and then disabled it as it was making me nuts lol. Off the top of my head if not done check in fitbit app in the sense settings its turned on as well as turned on in the watch. This is from google but see if it helps you... https://www.google.com/search?q=turn%20on%20fitbit%20sence%20text%20message%20for%20iphone&ie=utf-8&...

Hi @MsLunaL., welcome on board. @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by to help our friend.
@MsLunaL., thanks for the information provided and the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. While you mentioned to have tried all possible fixes, may I know if the DND and Sleep Mode settings are off on your Sense? Did you also make sure the notifications settings are correct in your iPhone?
Let me explain that with the introduction of iOS 13, the required settings to receive notifications changed. For that reason, please go to the notifications on your iPhone and make sure to set Show Previews to Always or When Unlocked for Messages and any other preferred app. As well, double check if there is a check mark for Notifications Center under Alerts.
I look forward to your response.
