Sense won't show the correct clock format

So my Fitbit sense suddenly switched it's self to military time but everything in my profile and app settings is set to 12 hr clock. How do I get the watch to see my online/app settings so it stops showing military time?

Hi @Ryzan  - it depends where it shows the 24 hr time.

It can be a clock face issue and changing to another one may resolve it or even just restarting the watch, but first check your Quick Settings, swipe the watch face right and make sure Always On is disabled.

Hi there, @Ryzan. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 12 hr format. Just as @Guy_ has pointed out, I have set a few clock faces that only show 24 hr format even when I have set my clock to 12 hrs. The clock face I have set has always shown 12hr format, been using it for over a year, even the little example image of it shows 12hr format so I'm wondering if they updated something that's messing with it. I will just look for a new clock face.
