I have travelled to a different time zone but my Fitbit is not changing the time

Hi @LSonnen - normally when you sync it sets the correct time using your phone however sometimes it doesn't.
In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, App settings and turn off the automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and sync the watch till it updates the time.
After you can set the automatic time zone on again so that the time is updated correctly.

I have tried everything suggested on the Help pages and nothing is working. My Fitbit is 2 hours off—not my former or my current time zone. It’s been almost a week and I’m very frustrated!

What may help is to logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.
Restart both watch and phone, login again and sync.
