Sense won't sync anymore

At night I charge my phone in a different room to my bedroom and I wear my watch to bed to record sleep stats.  Each morning when go to synch my Sense with my phone it won't connect and I have to reboot the watch to get it synching again.  I have tried checking permissions on the Fitbit app on the phone, turning off and on Bluetooth, rebooting the phone, etc but nothing fixes the issue permanently.

I have only had the watch a week now and this is getting annoying.  I have to admit that I am a bit disappointed in the watch as it had so much promise but has failed to live up to the hype.  The sleep tracking is way off, the heart rate seems inaccurate, the battery life is nothing like what's advertised and the haptic button is absolutely useless.

If I can't find a practical answer to the synching issue I will be sending it back.

The issue seems to be with the latest version of the FitBit app, not your watch itself. Several of us have reported the same issue here and on Twitter. So far we have not seen a response that the issue has been reported to the FitBit app dev team. I hope they are aware and working on a fix.

I've had my sense 2 years.  In the last two months I have the exact same issue.  My phone charges overnight in a different room so the sense does not sync overnight which is expected.  However once they are back together the sense still fails to sync.  Same as you the only way to get it to sync is reboot the watch.  This all started in last 2 to 3 months.

I have impaired removed from Bluetooth and even factory reset the watch and no improvement.  The watch is junk now that I have to reboot it every day

My sense stopped syncing yesterday so frustrating, especially as we only have community forums to sort these problems out. Fitbit need to get more involved with their users, it is absolutely hopeless when you are the other side of the world and cannot contact the company to have your problem fixed, where is the customer service
