Hi the clip that holds the strap has broken can it be repaired or replaced

Hi @SunsetRunner You need to contact Fitbit Support  about this. If it I the part on the watch it probably can't be repaired, but if it is under warranty they should replace the watch. Good luck

Remove the clip if it's still in the unit and the other strap.  See the rest of my reply on the same topic under "Fitbit Sense Strap is Useless"
