Sense won’t sync apps

Hey everyone!! Hoping you can help! My hubby was sweet enough to by me a Sense for Christmas. But it’s driving me bonkers! 

It’s won’t sync my sleep score to the clock face, and it won’t sync my mindfulness or stress management back to my phone. 

I have reset Bluetooth and wifi I’ve restarted phone and watch several times! 

help! This was a pricey buy for it not to work!

It may be that your phone isn't on the compatible phone list. please check.

Same here worked for a while but stopped working properly pre Xmas. Have to reboot phone and watch every time I want to Sync

@RBeastall  In your case as it works after rebooting, it may be a power saving issue on the phone. If either Bluetooth or Fitbit are being optimized that might cause the problem. Try turning off the optimization.

It’s compatible and his the proper IOS system.

Still can’t believe people are having syncing issue?!! In 2021. How have they still not sorted this?!?

Right!? Don’t understand my old one never had an issue. I’ve tried everything with no luck so far.

Do you keep the Fitbit app active all the time? If its closed you will mostly likely lose the connection.

 

Can you also check the following settings please

 

On your iPhone

Tap on settings.

Device Care

Battery

Fitbit,

Put app to sleep - is it off?

 

 

On your iPhone

Tap on settings.

Privacy.

Location Services

Fitbit, 

is it  Always.?
