Sense can't connect with phone

I cannot get my fitbit Sense to bluetooth to my phone. It did one time. Now nothing. No music,phone calls. It does not show up in my bluetooth connections either

Hello @Abull1 Welcome to the Community Forums! @Odyssey13 Thanks for the input you shared! 

 

If you previously connected your Sense with your phone, I would suggest you to re-establish the connection one more time. For this, please open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Also, please make sure no other mobile devices are nearby as this can interfere with the set up or sync process. 

 

If syncing inconveniences persist, I would suggest you to follow the steps here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and to setup notifications again, you can check here

 

If this continues, I would like to confirm the model of your mobile device and the version of its operating system.
