Sense won't sync properly

My fitbit sense syncs for a while then stops during the day. Then won't  sync again. Been having these issues for the last few weeks. Beginning to think it's on it's way out. Any ideas

Hi @MR15 - some versions of the new V4 Fitbit App have syncing/connection problems and it is more likely this causing the issue.

I have tried all that already. Still having problems

@MR15  - if the watch hasn't developed a fault try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If this is still not working, remove both watch Bluetooth entries from the phone, restart the watch again and setup the watch again in the app and replace.

By refreshing things it may help but won't resolve it permanently until the syncing issue is fixed in the app.

I'm having the same problem. The watch looses BT connection with my Pixel Pro7. Turning the watch off and on re-establishes the BT connection and everything works fine for about one day then the BT connection is broken again...

I have the same problem, have tried all helps instructions and still did not solve!

You mentioned tgat it is a bug in the Apps, then when can a new version be released?

Hi @Clifton2p - unfortunately this is just a user forum where you can get help.

Fitbit don't respond here and don't make any announcements which bugs are being worked on and when they will be fixed or in which release.
