Sense won't sync

I have been having problems off and on with my sense not syncing. Today all the go to ways to fix it stopped working. I got my sense on Christmas and started having problems a couple weeks ago. It synced last night at 10:30pm and the factory resetting allowed it to sync at 11am but has not since. Phone, app, and sense are up to date.

 

Things we have tried:

-turned bluetooth on and off

- turned phone on and off

- turned sense on and off

- unconnected sense on bluetooth and tried to reconnect (did not work had to factory reset)

- lastly factory reset the sense and got it to sync once then nothing since then.

Hi, Check your phone is on the compatible phone list.

@Dadtobe Thank you very much for following some troubleshooting steps! As @Guy_ mentioned, make sure that your phone is compatible with the Fitbit App. The Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets. We're continually adding more devices and improving our compatibility, so if you don't see your device on the list check back soon.
