Sense won't sync

I too am mysteriously having syncing problems over last 2-3 wks. Having to troubleshoot daily,  going 8+ days before i can get it to finally sync,  then next day or next hour, same problems again.  Didnt transition account to google. Why the heck do we have to do that anyway?!  This reason everyone is having problems??  Google taking over our lives!!

I have the same problem exactly. What is going on? All developpers on vacation or what?

Hi. I am also having trouble syncing, and it only let's me manually sync once every 24 hours. Really annoying - I don't wish to give my info to google to sell off either. Let's hope it's one of those mysterious staffing issues these tech giants seem to have - but I also suspect they are being hacked and don't want to advise us. Hope they fix it very soon.

Too funny! Services need to be 24/7 regardless. I depend on my stats for
health reasons but also take pride in them and wantbto see them!

It's not mysterious, it's not hackers, it's a poorly designed Fitbit app update. And lack of communication from Fitbit. There are numerous threads related to sync issues, affecting multiple watch models. If you search the forum for "sync" you will see many threads about it. But Fitbit has not even acknowledged that the app developers are aware of the problem and have the issue on their radar.

Thx for the info. Yes, i saw some other messages on it. I agree FitBit
should be doing more. I spent numerous hrs researching & troubleshooting,
so did others I know personally. Checked for latest firmware etc etc. Very
frustrating!

Motivation is always good 🙂 I have reset my saved modem in Fitbit Wifi
settings and that seems to be working so far. Have you changed providers
for your internet recently? I had an old modem listed and the new one
disappeared for some reason (maybe deleted by an update?) so I had to tell
Fitbit to "forget" my old modem. Now it has only one choice. Good luck!

Thx again for your response! No new modem but entertaining if my current
modem is affecting the syncing. One must explore all possibilities....and
hope in the interim, FitBit posts something relevant.

Hi I've just logged out and re-paired app with sense via Bluetooth. Who
knows - might work this time...
