My sense hasn’t synced for 3 days. I have disconnected from my Bluetooth and forgot the device. When trying to setup in Fitbit the process will not complete and it aborts. Help!

Hi there @Srohm45, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense on your own and by following @Guy_'s suggestions.

In addition to what you've tried, please follow the steps below one more time in the order listed:

  • Remove your Sense from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth or make sure it's no longer paired on neither of both.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Make sure there's no other Bluetooth devices nearby as this may cause interference during the set up process. You can turn them off during this process.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone only.
  • Setup your Sense again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense.

If you can't get started with your watch, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
