My sense won’t sync with my app I have re set app and turned blue tooth off and on. When I reset app it did update but when I tried to sync it would not.

Hi @Br0nco.
Which mobile device/platform are you using? Have you tried restarting both the Sense (press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the fitbit logo) and your mobile?

Nathan, I reset my sense for 10 seconds like you suggested and everything works now , it will now sync with my app and I’m happy again.Thank you Sir.
