My Fitbit Sense will no longer synch with my phone (Pixel 6). My phone's Bluetooth was showing the watch was connected but the app would not. This is not the original phone I set the watch up on but have had no issues until this week.
I have tried: restarting my watch, turning phones Bluetooth on and off, turning phone on and off, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting the watch in the app and trying to add it back (it can't complete this. I am able to get a pairing code but it stops after that.) The watch works perfectly fine but it's not useful if I can't synch it.

@cbaulch now that you have to setup the tracker as if it was new to you. We need to remove the Sense from the phones Bluetooth. This is also a step that should have been tried.

We have to fix the sync problem before we will be able to setup the tracker.
Yes, removing a tracker, from an account, that the app can not communicate with not make the communication work.
