Hi,
I have been through the forum before writing this and done all th possible suggestions tk resolve. Turning ofc automatic tracking...force stop ...log out..log etc in but nothing.
Also tried lowing the automatic tracking minutes still nothing. Im doing over an hour of cardio and my bpm is over 130 for this time and i have nothing recorded. Seems alot of money spent for a function thats not working

@Msabaa Welcome to the Community.
I'm sorry you're having this experience with your Sense, and thanks for every step tried prior to posting. As you may know, your watch can recognize certain exercises based on the continuous movement of your arms. Sometimes, motions such as placing your arms on the handles or stopping in the middle of an exercise may interrupt the activity tracking. If you're using a machine with moving handles, I'd recommend to place your arms on them.
That being said, may I know what type of exercise you were doing? I understand you've tried lowering the detection time, but did you make sure your watch synced to apply the changes?
In the meantime, please forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings, restart your watch to refresh its performance, open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync. Check the SmartTrack settings and try doing your activities one more time to see how it goes.
