Sense won't track mindfulness sessions

My sense isn’t tracking my mindfulness sessions in the app.

Welcome, @Bernettj. It's good to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, do you refer to the mindfulness sessions in the Discover section of the Fitbit app? Or did you use the EDA Scan app on your Sense to track a Quick Scan or Guided Session? After completing either session, were you prompt to log the mindfulness session? Also, what is the model of your phone?

In the meantime, let's give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Open the Mindfulness tile and check your details.

It did not help. the 2 minute Quick EDA Scan was not recorded on the Phone App. Please help me out

I'm having the same problem. It's really frustrating to pay extra and have a subscription only for some of the features I use the most to just never work. I see you noted that someone would reply from the support team, but that was nearly 4 months ago.
