Sense won't track my heart rate variability

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Six month old Sense reported HRV daily for first two months, then started missing some days which increased to no reports at all for the last three weeks. I reset the Sense to factory specs, deleted and re- installed the Fitbit app on my iPhone and paired the two . I had hoped this might reactivate the HRV function. It has not. HRV function I believe is required to track AFib episodes to determine the length and severity of the abnormal heart rhythm.

Any suggestions will be most welcome.

Hi @Tormar - if the watch has been factory reset and is still not working right it can be replaced where you bought it under warranty.

Thanks for the thought. I’m likely going to do that.
