Sense won't track sleep scores

I have had my Versa 1 week now.  And I only received sleep scores for 3 nights.  Sleeps that are 6 and 7 hours.

Why?

Hi @CollegeGal, welcome. It's nice to see a new face around.

While you mentioned to have the Versa, could you please double check if this is the device set up in your account? Just open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture and check the devices listed there. In regards to the sleep scores, let me explain that your watch will generate your sleep stages based on your sleep and heart rate data, which will then provide you with sleep scores. If you're not receiving sleep stages, that might be the reason why the sleep scores weren't generated.

That being said, there are a few factors that affect the sleep stages tracking such as:

  • Sleeping in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely.
  • Using the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app instead of just wearing your watch to bed.
  • Sleeping for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

After taking those conditions into consideration, please try restarting your watch and wear it about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone when sleeping. Make sure to sync once you're awake to check your details.

I look forward to your response.
