Sense (initial version) is completely dead. Side buttons not responsive. Not taking a charge. Cleaned ports, got ert today, but nothing more than using it during swimming. Thoughts?
Update: Sorry, should say it got wet today....

Hi @pr434445 - unfortunately the seals on some watches are not so robust and can deteriorate over time and once water gets in (it suddenly stops) it may no longer work.
If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.
If it's under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country, it can be replaced.

Thank you Guy_. I know this one had some waterproofing to it, but maybe this last time was the last draw. Appreciate your response.
