Sense won't turn on or charge

My Fitbit has turned off by itself and the screen is black. When I go to charge it it’s not charging nor turning on. I have tried holding down the button for over 20 seconds and nothing. It’s completely dead, I don’t know what’s happend!!?

Hi, The battery is probably flat, and can get flat quickly under certain circumstances, and your charger is faulty or connection is dirty.

 

Check the watch holes and charger pins are clean How do I clean my Fitbit device? 

Also check the 4 pins are equally prominent and located, and try plugging the cable into the computer.

 

You may need to get a replacement charge cable under warranty, they aren't always very robust.
