My Sense was blank so I assumed my battery needed charging. When charging the Sense, the screen doesn't indicate that it is charging. I've cleaned the connector and connection on the back of the watch. I've also tried resetting the watch but it remains unresponsive. I've tried changing the face as per recommendations but I am unable to connect to the watch from the app.
Can anyone recommend next steps?
