Bought two Sense watches for myself and my wife. On hers, one of the strap attachments keeps coming loose. On close inspection, the plastic clip on one side is missing its spring, so it doesn’t stay in place and the band slips out. This seems like a clear defect since the watch is only 2 weeks old. Is this covered under a warranty?
