I purchased my Sense last April. I clean it like suggested, but it the last few months it will not hold a charge for more than 3 days. I never had this problem with my Charge 3 and quite frankly, I wish I had never bought the Sense. I’m totally frustrated with it.

Hi @Nanafromks - this is a common issue and can be because of setting changes and new introduced features such as Snore detection or issues with specific combinations of phones and Fitbit App versions - have a look at the main battery drainers. How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

@Nanafromks It's under a year old. I would contact support. They can have you do a battery test and may offer you a replacement if it fails.
