Hi,
I have serious issue with button sensitivity on Sense. I have to try many times then Sense react.
Average count is 1 response for 7 attempt!
Can you please advice me how i have to use this expensive device without any working button?
Best Regards

Thank all gents very much for reply...
Tricks don't worked for me, restart of watch same. But after restart much better work automatic wake up after my arm movement:)
BUT: i spended lots of time search right way "how to use button" - changed may skin conductivity included (i have dry skin).
I think, then i found "holy grail". Button have some groove. But this is very confusing - people press this groove. But this real button work much lower, near to bottom of watch. Between groove and sensor platform. If i press watch there, watch react always....
p.s. i really don't know why i have blocked reply back directly into my own question about same theme...

@Ari37 Peter - you are not the only one who has had problems understanding how to best use the 'button' on the sense. It also took me a while to find the best methods. Check out this thread - https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Sense-button-Tips-and-tricks/m-p/4516007#M3223

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @Ari37, I'll be glad to help you with this.
Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with the sensitivity of the button on your Fitbit Sense.
Please let me know if you've felt improvement following the tips @Mike_Croy mentioned earlier. If you still feel the button is having a problem with sensitivity, make sure that you've also tried performing a restart.
Please keep me posted.
