Hi, I just wanted someone from Fitbit to know how poorly designed and frustrating the interface on your product is. Finding settings and controls should be simple, nothing about this product is intuitive. For several issues now I have found that the advice offered here with a big green highlight saying "solved" or "answered" did not contain information that allowed me to solve the issue. The most frustrating of which was how to get the sense to receive text message notifications. It wasn't hard after a half hour searching through various incorrect threads. There's just a completely non intuitive set of steps that must be followed in your app that are not explained anywhere that I could find. However I did find a plethora of incorrect answers here. The same happened when attempting to get the weather app to use Fahrenheit. It wasn't difficult, just not intuitive and the answers here were specifically wrong. I will probably keep the watch as I have now invested a large amount of time into getting my issues resolved, but I will recommend to friends and family get a Garmin. Put some effing effort in.

Hi @markbird quite often the original poster chooses the "best answer" that really doesn't solve the issue or adequately answers the question, but it is their choice.
Best Answers are a way for you to acknowledge a great response to a question that you've posted. When you choose a best answer, both the question and the answer get special icons and links that take you directly from the question to the answer.
A Best Answer icon also appears on boards and in search results so you can see which messages have solutions.
You can only mark a best answer for questions that you originally posted.
Note: Community moderators can also mark one of the replies to a message as a best answer
