How do I shut off the heart rate notifications while working out? My wrist buzzing while I'm holding heavy weights over my head isn't the smartest thing. On the HR4 I could put the watch in do not disturb as a work around, but that doesn't work on the sense.

@kellybyron Thanks for stopping by!
Let me help you with your heart rate notifications. These will work even if you have the Do Not Disturb mode. They are designed to go off if your heart rate increases without movement detection. Obviously if you are doing weights the effort will increase your heart rate but there won't be as much information as it would if you were walking/running or something more aerobic. You would need to disable this option from the app itself by following these instructions or try doing some cardio before so the Sense detects a fair amount of movement (which is entirely up to you).
Let me know how it goes.

The notification goes off, during my workout, no matter what type of activity I'm doing. I've done weights, core, cardio and elliptical and it happens with all of them. Every time I go into fat burn, or peak, or below peak, or back into fat. It's incredibly distracting and I'm shocked that there is no way to have an option to turn on or off. Unfortunately I will wind up returning the device if I can't find a solution. Like I said, there was a work around with do not disturb on the HR4, but that doesn't work with this.
